Health Tip: Spot Signs of Summer Allergies

(HealthDay News) -- Think you've had a summer cold? Summer allergies might actually be to blame.

Here are some warning signs of allergy, courtesy of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology:

  • Dark circles below the eyes.
  • Swollen adenoids that cause the face to look tired and droopy.
  • A nasal crease, which is a line that forms on the bridge of the nose.
  • Breathing through the mouth due to nasal congestion.
